These ERYONE After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to ERYONE products you purchased from ERYONE Official Online Store(www.eryone3d.com.)
To return your product, you should E-mail us first: email@example.com. We will reply to you with the address you going to mail to goods back.
1. Order cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order after finalizing the purchase, you may do so without any charge and without providing any reason, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, you must contact us through the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after the order has been placed. If 24 hours have passed that the order has left ERYONE 3D, the cancellation can no longer be made. To return the order, you will have to do it once you have received it and Customer need to pay the returning shipping fee.
2. Worry-free Return for 7 Days.
Product purchased from eryone3d.com is eligible for return within the first 7 days of receipt. to process a return we require authorization, please contact us with your order details before sending any return.
If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically.
1.Within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (calculated from the day after the receipt of the goods), if the goods are in good condition, then you can apply for a 7-day return.
2.Integrity standard: The product that can maintain the original quality and function, and the product itself, accessories, and trademark logos are complete, is deemed to be in good condition.

× It is requested beyond seven (7) calendars days of receiving a product.
× A product sent to ERYONE for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
× A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
× A product is not delivered to ERYONE within seven (7) calendar days after Refund Service confirmation is sent from ERYONE.
×Since the printer accessories are easily damaged and it is impossible to confirm whether the customer's use caused the damage, the return process is not accepted
× Other circumstances stated in this policy.
4. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations
√ Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
√ Buyer’s accidental returns
√ Returning personal items
√ Returning items claimed to have defects but found by ERYONE. quality control to be in working condition
√ Returning defective items in international shipping
√ Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
√ If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6.Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Due to the speed of processing we are unable cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted. Please think thoroughly before order or contact us in 24 hours before we process the order.
MY ORDER IS LOST OR MISSING
Couriers will frequently stash or leave the shipment with a present party (Such as a property office) to prevent theft. We encourage looking around for the order and if still not located please contact Care for assistance.
