Note
1.Before printing any objects, always make sure the glass bed is level in the centre and all four corners and the surface of the bed is clean.
2.Prior to washing the bed, make sure it has been cooled down (below 40℃). That can help to prolong the service time of ink coating.
3.You need to prepare four clips to fix the glass heated bed.
Detailed Introduction
The Production Flow of Glass Heated Bed
1.The selection of glass materials: select 4mm-thickness SG electronic glass and sent it to the pre-process area.
2.Glass Cutting: According to the engineering drawing, engineers cut the glasses by using digital controlled lathe. Then the size of the edge polishing and bevel edge will be calculated via algorithm.
3.Edge polishing and bevel edge: Freshly cut glass can have sharp edges, so glass usually needs edge polishing. The polished edge can be a foggy edge or a bright edge. Here our glasses have bright edges that boast a better visual effect than foggy edges. Later, the beveler will transfer the polished edges into R bevel edges.
4.The cleaning before screen printing and glass tempering: ultrasonic technology is applied to clean the glass to be processed in case any greasy dirt or dust will be mixed into the ink coating.
5.Screen Printing of Glass (Ink Sintering): Glass needs screen printing to create beautiful patterns and logos on its surface. Screen printing includes high temperature screen printing and low temperature screen printing.
