1.Ordering & Payment

How do l place an order?

Select the products you want to buy, decide on the quantity, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and fill in the shipping and payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Google Pay, Shop Pay)
  • Bank Transfers (for bulk orders)

We will add installment payment methods later, so stay tuned.

Can l cancel or modify my order after placing it?

To cancel, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at the following email address: support@eryone.com.

2.Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Russia. We do not ship to other countries and regions.

Why do I need to pay extra shipping charges for my order?

All products on the website are free shipping (a small shipping fee will be charged for discounted products, and shipping fees will be slightly higher in some remote areas of Canada)

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We have warehouses in the United States, Canada, Russia, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Most orders can be delivered within 3-8 working days.

How can l track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please check the logistics information of your order here: Track Your Order

Will multiple items purchased be shipped together?

To avoid potential damage from items during transit, machines will be shipped separately from other products. If you purchase multiple machines or filaments or accessories, they will be shipped separately, and you will receive more than one package.

3.Account Management

How do l register?

Use your email as your username and create a password (at least 6 characters). Click here to register.

Forgot My Password?

Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset your password.

How can l change my password?

Log in, go to the “Change Password” section, and follow the steps.

What is the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?

The billing address matches your card details, while the shipping address is for delivery.

4.Product & Technical Support

What filaments are supported? can l use third-party filaments?

Eryone 3d printers support filaments like PLA, TPU, ASA, ABS, PA, PP and PETG. You can check the product specifications at the product page for details. While Eryone 3d printers are generally compatible with third-party filaments, we can’t guarantee performance with all brands.

For the best results, we recommend using official Eryone 3d filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm.

Do l need any special skills to operate Eryone printer? How can beginners get started?

Not at all! Our 3d printers is designed to be user-friendly and easy to set up, even for beginners. If you’d like a quick start, check out these unboxing videos:

What should l do if l run into technical issues or need repairs?

You can contact our support team at support@eryone.com . If you don’t receive a reply within one business day, please check your spam folder or resend your email.

Do you offer offline repair services?

Currently, we only provide online support and do not have offline repair services.

Do you offer free 3D models or design tutorials?

We currently do not offer a free model library, but you can find plenty of great designs on platforms like MakeWorld.

Need troubleshooting tips?

Visit our blog or contact Customer Support for help with common 3D printing issues like stringing, clogging, or print quality.

5.Coupons

How to obtain coupons for placing orders?

You can get coupons on our website's Holiday Activity page, Bundle Sale page, and Pre-Sale product page.

You can also subscribe to our email to receive discount codes. After successfully subscribing, you will receive coupon emails regularly.

How to use coupon code?

Please enter the coupon code at the checkout, then click 'Apply'. The discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click 'Apply' before proceeding with checkout, the coupon discount will not be reflected in your order total.
